how can I pay? 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Pay Pal. 

do I pay sales tax? 

We do not charge you sales tax. We pay for sales tax because, well, its something weʼre happy to do for you. 


SHIPPING 

is shipping really free? 

Really, truly, absolutely free shipping within the contiguous United States on all orders 

do you offer express delivery? 

Please email us or call us and we'll be happy to arrange express delivery, which is subject to an additional charge. 

what about shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands or Canada? 

Great places! We will contact you for approval with the exact cost prior to shipping. 

how long does it take for orders to ship? 

Orders are shipped from our shop in San Francisco AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We'll let you know if orders originating from our vendors will take longer. Orders usually ship within 3-5 business days. 

what if something I ordered is out of stock? 

Please let us know if you’d prefer a refund or an exchange. 


CANCELING 

can I cancel an order? 

You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment. 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE 

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Minimal. For an exchange, credit or full refund of the purchase price - less shipping - kindly return the item within 30 days of purchase. 


RETURNS 

how do I return something? 

Please return the item in its original condition and packaging; accompanied by Minimal's packing slip, via insured courier at your cost. All sales are final on sale items, special orders and seasonal goods. 

where do I send a return? 

Return to Minimal, attention: Returns, 364 Hayes Street, San Francisco, CA 94102 

when will I be refunded for my return? 

After receiving and inspecting the unused items, we will email a refund confirmation. Please allow up to 7 days for the processing of your return once we receive it. 

will I be refunded for shipping an item back? 

You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. 


DAMAGED GOODS 

what do I do if I receive a damaged item? 

This is unlikely but, please, inspect your products upon delivery. 

Contact us right away at 415.400.5572 in the event you do find any damage. Also, please retain both item and original packaging, should we need to file a damage claim with the vendor. 

Most importantly, do not fret - we will ship a replacement as soon as possible! 


GIFT CERTIFICATES 

do you offer gift cards? 

We certainly do! Gift certificates are available for purchase in any denomination. They ship via first-class mail and include a personal message handwritten on a gift card. There is no shipping charge for gift certificates unless you opt for rush delivery.
